The primary expenditure was for food, which cost $1,895, with other expenses including supplies, soft drinks, badges, and gift cards for children as incentives for their performances. After covering all expenses, the event concluded with a surplus of $1,162, highlighting the community’s effective financial management and strong support from sponsors.
